I would only emphasize that logic and reasons are indeed tools and necessary prerequisites to the “beyond thought” experience that you describe.

Said another way, what you describe is the subjective experience of The Master. That experience isn’t available to the insufficiently prepared novice. Until the novice has sufficiently purged himself of egoic delusion, and reason/logic are great tools for that, the experience of love that you describe is either illusive or fake.

So, yes, there’s something beyond thought. But ironically its only experienced/achieved by using thought and reason as a sword to cut through delusion. Our society’s problem isn’t presently an excess of rationality but rather a delusional perversion of reason to justify pre-existing bias and egoic aims rather than pursuit of truth.

Well said, friend.

I'm especially mulling over what you said about most Americans not yet being at the point of logic. You're right. I don't know many who are truly capable of critical thinking. If I were to estimate, I would guess a solid 60% of Americans are at about a 14-year-old consciousness development level.
