A documentation of my own truth-seeking journey (that's still very much in progress) with a specific focus on being whole and balanced.
Wholeness and balance to me involves looking at matters of the body, mind and soul; bringing the three to the point of harmony. It is to really know oneself, heal oneself and love oneself. I'm firmly of the belief that I cannot pour from an empty cup...something that I did for the first 33 years of my life.
At the outset, my disclaimer that I'm not a medical doctor, psychologist, nutritionist, religious leader or politician (just had to throw that one in there).
I am a woman who started to experience seeing visions and energy during savasana, started to feel what those around me were feeling and who began to experience synchronicity in every aspect of my life and who like Alice, peered into the Looking Glass and deep (sometimes too deep) down the Rabbit Hole.
Here you will be able to find my experiences with what awakening to my own spirituality has looked like and my experiments with new ways of eating, thinking and living. Take what resonates with you and leave the rest.
Having studied Reiki and then Energy Channeling and Intuitive Practice I also offer:
- Energy Clearing, Balancing and Healing together with Intuitive Guidance. ***I am a conduit in this process and will assist in every way I can but will only work with people wanting to do the inner work that follows. You are your own best "healer". I say that with the utmost love, respect and compassion.
