This is truly @unbelievable , I highly doubt this is true ... let's take Superman or Supergirl .. they take their power from the Sun , but still , they need to eat.
Without water ... some people survived 2 or 3 weeks at most. A normal human will last without water 3 days top.
Without food a normal human can survive 2 or 3 weeks.
Maybe he has some sort of genetic disorder and that makes him a super human...
PS: Yes I know that Superman and Supergirl are fictional... or are they ? :)
