A rare Gremlin Blaster tops among other in the reward chest

I now maintain the delegation account at rank Diamond II and it seems that players within the rank range are now more difficult. I am having difficulty on the first quest, in which I decided to click the new quest. And Thankfully, I got an Earth Quest which is a good upper hand of the set of cards.

After opening the cards, I see a Gremlin Blaster which is a good card that has a rarity of a rare card. Other cards are common such as Flame Monkey and Nectar Queen.
