Warm up 5 min + 5 min jumping rope
1 exercise : pull ups
4 series x 10 reps
2 exe. : australian pull ups
4 x 12
3 exe. : push ups
5 x 15
- 4 exe. : diamond push ups
5 x 12
5 exe. : squats
5 x 25 (break between series 10 second)
6 exe. : hanging double leg
4 series x 15 second
This was easy three trainings. Soon I will buy dip station bars and training gum. My first targets are front lever and muscle up.
