Hello. Last week was hard for me. I wasn't have time to add blogs. I did only one MMA and two SW training. In the last week I focused do strengthening exercises.

Running 3 KM
1 exercise : hollow body
4 x 15 seconds2 exe. : scissors lift
4 x 12 reps3 exe. : superman (holding)
4 x 15 sec4 exe. : plank (basic)
4 x 15 sec5 exe. : pull ups
4 x 8 reps6 exe. : push ups
4 x 20 reps7 exe. : Bulgarian split squats
4 x 10 reps (for one leg)
#5 Thursday training
Jumping rope 5 mins
1 exercise : hollow body
4 x 15 seconds2 exe. : superman (holding)
4 x 15 sec3 exe. : plank (basic)
4 x 15 sec4 exe. : pull ups
4 x 8 reps5 exe. : australian pull ups
4 x 12 reps6 exe. : wide push ups
4 x 15 reps7 exe. : diamond push ups
4 x 12 reps8 exe. : squats
4 x 20 reps
