są to takie Ćwiczenia 1. Rozciąganie 2. pompki przysiady 3.brzuszki 4.bieganie. 1 rozciąganie koniecznie ! 2.pompki zacznij od damskich (5 pompek minimalnie ) 3. najlepiej zobaczyć jakiś poradnik na Yt (5 minimalnie) 4. jeżeli nie chce nam sie biegać to przysiady 5 minimalnie
