The final blow to end the debate. Making cheat meal servicing your needs sugar . So you will progress more slowly making cheatmeal .
To conclude: The cheat meal is a real help to maintain a diet but looking closer , they also have great disadvantages ... I personally have a hard stop to make. I also know that people will say this is to maintain a social life and to keep morale. I think this is true but it must stop close our eyes taking only the good bits !
