Many young players from wolves team in under-18 have been step up to under-23 and senior football in recent weeks showing the player pathway in Molineux.

Chen Campbell, Christian Marques and Lewis Richards they all started the season as under-18 now they fully step up to under-23s, which Campbell is now the second youngest player appearing in step out on his senior debut for Nuno the head coach side against Aston Villa.

In the beginning of the season we had everyone available, with Chem, Christian and Lewis, who we’ve lost now to the 23s. What this has done to the rest of the group it’s shown them that if they can get it right and put in good performances for the under-18s, they have a chance of stepping up.

Its a big advantage for wolves players because this will encourage all the player to work hand and improve in their skill so they can also be step up to a higher level. Not just stepping up to the under-23s, also to the first-team – training regularly with both the 23s and the senior players, going down to the first-team pitch and working with the manager and his coaching staff.”
