People say "Of course you can eat everything, you go to gym 3 times a week".
Let me tell you something… If you think that training allows you to eat "bad" food, you already have a problem.
First of all, there is no "bad" and "good" food. It is just food, combination of carbs, fat and protein basically.
Secondly, you CAN eat any food because you WANT TO. If you actually listen to your body signals, quite soon you will realise that often you eat not because of hunger but because you are bored or sad or anxious. And as soon as you differentiate 'emotional' hunger from actual hunger, you will see that you body doesn't need that much sugar/fat/fried food/etc.
And finally, you should go to gym only if you want to be healthy and like this specific type of exercises. Otherwise you just abuse your body and nothing good comes from it... You can choose any type of activity. I prefer gym and long walking, like 10-20km. It really clears my head and make me feel happier. And what do you like?
