A Punter is one who bet a Football matches, the act can also be refer to as gamble. A Punter can also be called a gambler. As a gambler you can stake a game or an event with your cash or valuable things depending on what is available to stake the bet.

1. A Punter must have passion for football.
2. A Punter mustn't bet what he can't afford to
   lose.
3. A Punter must take gambling as a form of
   entertainment not as a way of making
   money.
4. A Punter must have a limits for deposit,
   stakes and losses.
5. A Punter never chase his losses.
6. A Punter mustn't gamble when depressed or
   upset.
7. A Punter must be of the age require for
   gambling in his country of residence.
8. A Punter always have a plan B to his
   prediction.
9. A Punter must have a time limit on gambling.
10. A Punter always know when to have break.
