Do you ever get a lil headache from being upside down for a while? I am trying to work on my hand stands and I dont think my head is used to all the blood rushing down.

Beautiful photo and headstand! Any tips on how to progress toward having your arms out to the side like you do in the photo? I'm so scared to move my hands when I'm in a headstand for fear of hurting my neck!

Your absolutely right abt the neck... Headstand might not be the best position for you to practice of the inversions... Handstand will always be the "safest one" any neck problems stop it! To get your hands out from your body have only with balance and little strength to do... Just try to walk little by little your fingers from start position.. And one day you will not need the at all... Have a great day 🙏 🌟

Thanks! I'm totally comfortable in headstand with my forearms down (or hands down for tripod), I've just never tried moving them from their original position once inverted. Maybe I'll start lifting into it with my hands a bit further out and see what happens! Thanks for the inspiration!!!
