Revolved head-to-knee pose or Janu Sirsasana.
This is one of my favorite sitting pose... I use to sitt in this at least 2 min... Playing and feeling.. This is some of the benefits with this pose
- stimulates the liver, kidneys and other vital abdominal organs.
- is a very good pose for that stretches your hamstrings, shoulders, and spine.
Beneficial for armpits and shoulders.
Give relief in general back pain.
Release stress and fatigue and reduces anxiety.
Beneficial in Insomnia.
Good in Headache.
This is a very good all over pose .. Who will give you alot .. Back if you do it regularly... 🙏
