Belgium was able to minimize lagging 1-2 through Jan Vertonghen scored in the 69th minute. Five minutes later Fellaini equalized the score to 2-2.

The game looks set to extend into extra time, but a Belgian counter-attack makes it unlikely. Nacer Chadli scored a goal in injury time thanks to assists Thomas Meunier.
