The first time in the X GAMES Aspen snowbike was disputed in the Best Trick mode, the bikes were modified by replacing the tires with a forward ski and a caterpillar in the back, resulting in a strange but interesting motorcycle.
The first to pass was Boddy Wilson with a score of 70.66, making history by being the first rider to participate in the discipline.
It was noted that the prototypes did not have the same scope as the conventional bikes in height and speed as it was difficult to execute some tricks. Despite the difficulties we could observe very good passes by the raiders.
The gold medal was taken by the Australian Rob Adelberg with a score of 89.00 obtained in his first pass.
Let's hope for more innovation and new tricks for the next year in this new modality.
