Tubuh bisa di ibaratkan mesin yang harus digerakkan jika lama mesin tidak bergerak akan merusakkan di bagian salah satu mesin.
Maka dari itu ayo kita berolahraga minimal 2 kali dalam seminggu agar tubuh kita bergerak dan membuat badan kita menjadi fit.
