The 2018 NFL season was for the most part was just one of complete bullshit. The Patriots are going to the Superbowl, and literally have to go against the Eagles without Carson Wentz. Don't get me wrong, Nick Foles has been doing surprisingly well, but there's almost no chance for the Eagles here. While we're on the topic of the Superbowl, lets take a look at the playoffs.
First up, the Kansas City V. Titans. I thought Georgia was the state of choking football games, but I couldn't have been more wrong. If I remember correctly, the Chiefs were leading 21-3 going into the half. In the 3rd quarter the Titans scored a touchdown, and then in the 4th quarter, the Titans put up 12 more unanswered points, to win 22-21. How do you let Marcus Mariota throw a touchdown pass to himself?
Then we have Buffalo V. Jacksonville. I'm not even going to say anything here, the game was a straight up shit show, the score was 10-3. Moving on.
Now we have Atlanta V. Los Angeles. The rams got destroyed, that's all there is to it. The Falcons came out on top, winning by double points, 26-13.
And last but not least for the wildcard rounds, Carolina V. New Orleans. I feel like Cam just kinda gave up this game. Let me just show you the stats. Cam Newton was 24/40 passing, 349 yards (which isn't that bad), and 2 touchdowns. The score was 31-26, and the Saints deserved that win, they had an amazing season.
Now onto the divisional rounds.
We will be starting out with Atlanta V. Philadelphia. Going into the half the score was 10-9, with Atlanta in the lead. Atlanta then proceeds to allow the Eagles to drive down the field twice, to get 2 field goals, and the Falcons didn't even score a single point in the second half. The Eagles didn't even have Carson Wentz. How did Keanu Neal manage to screw that interception up? He knees the football, and is caught by Torrey Smith. Just sad. Absolutely sad. The final score was 10-15.
Now we have the Titans V. Patriots game. I'm not a bandwagon, but I knew the Pats would win, it was just kind of a given. The Titans beat the Chiefs by luck, and an absolute choke. In the end the score was 14-35.
The Steelers V. The Jaguars. I'm honestly just disappointed. How do you mess up an onside kick that badly, and then they just gave up. They squib kick it, instead of at least trying. It was a pretty high scoring game though, with the final score at 45-42.
And now the Saints V. Vikings. A moment of silence for a 3rd quarter 0-17 lead. But I'm only gonna talk about that final play. Marcus Williams you absolute dumbass, all you had to do was grab Stefon Diggs, but instead you decide to try to hit him low, and take out Ken Crawley, to ruin your team's amazing comeback. Why not tackle him normally? Just why?
Now onto the conference championships.
New England V. Jaguars. cough cough oh sorry, I'm choking. cough I'm sure you get it, the jags choked, and the Patriots are going to the Superbowl. Woooooooooooooo, can't you see my lack of enthusiasm. Woooooo. Now to the other game.
Minnesota V. Philadelphia. Jesus christ vikings, what the actual fuck was that? Going into the second quarter the game was 7-7, but then going into the half the score suddenly became 7-24 with the eagles in the lead. The eagles then put up 14 more unanswered points, absolutely destroying the vikings.
So now we're here, at the Superbowl, New England V. Philadelphia.
2 Honorable mentions.
The Browns;0-16, perfect season for losses.
The Giants;2-14, absolute trash, the NFL's sentient derp.
Thanks for the honorable mention - loyal Browns fan - no where to go but up!

To be honest, I want to see the browns succeed. I know they can, and I know they will. Best of luck to them in the future!
