These Three Candidates Against Lomachenko Next

Promoter Vasyl Lomachenko, Bob Arum of Top Rank Boxing already has a battle contest agenda again for the WBO super featherweight world champion. So far, there are a number of names that Lomachenko has the potential to face.

After Lomachenko succeeded in stopping Miguel Marriaga in the seventh round in a duel to defend his title at Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, United States on Sunday (6/8), Arum said the 29-year-old will appear again later this year.

"He will be back in December," Arum told reporters. According to him, most likely next Lomachenko appearance will occur on December 9 or 23.
Raymundo Beltran is actually on the list to be faced by Lomachenko. However, the former WBO lightweight world title challenger is still hunting the world title first. "Ray Beltran wants to win a lightweight title," said Arum.

"So actually I want to make Beltran and Lomachenko duel, after Beltran has a chance to win a lightweight title Beltran wants to win a lightweight title and then I can put it in (duel with) Lomachenko," explained the 85-year-old promoter.

If not Beltran, then what are the next potential names? Arum revealed that there are three other interesting names. "There are a number of boxers," he said.

"(Guillermo) Rigondeaux if he answers Dino (Duva's) phone, there is (Orlando) Salido, who keeps sniffing, and the third is (Miguel) Berchelt," he added.
Previously, through social media, Rigondeaux, which is under the banner of Roc Nation Sports, is already openly looking to face Lomachenko. The super bantumweight world super WBA / IBO bantamweight man is willing to ride two divisions to challenge Lomachenko.
Meanwhile, Salido is a boxer who gave the first professional defeat for Lomachenko, who then underwent a professional appearance both. While Berchelt is WBC super featherweight champion who mid-July beat Takashi Miura. Despite a hand injury in the fight, Berchelt sure ready to enter the ring again in December.
