There's been reports that Lomachenko wants Devin Haney and Gervonta Davis in 2020, but this claim sounds too similar to the 2018 interview with Anthony Joshua, when he claimed to make the fight happen with Deontay Wilder in 2019.
We're in the 10th month of 2019. Deontay maintained a great record, though a shared draw with Tyson Fury, and has a rematch with one of the most avoided boxer in the heavyweight division Luis Ortiz
While Anthony Joshua suffered a devastating loss to Andy Ruiz (who has a great resume) which shows that not only Joshua feared The Bronze Bomber Deontay Wilder, but more so became the victom of the waiting game which he participated in.
This is no different from Lomachenko though he fought all of the top guys in his division. The question is are they elite ? Not sure about that, where Devin Haney has proved himself at an early age. It's very questionable for Ring Magazine to list a boxer p4p great due to his amateur record, with a prospect professional record. You can fight anybody in the amateurs and easily rack up wins against an amateur boxer who's still in high school, and haven't developed his skills, and non skilled fighters who has yet to prove themselves and that's what the amateurs are for.
