Look, the Twins made history by getting into the post-season after losing 100 games last year - they're hoping to not stop after tonight but the Yankees, at home, will win AND cover tonight. My memory is still fresh from when the Yankees ruined my Padres World Series run in 1998, and I've reveled in their mediocrity for the past few years, but they've been the better team than the Twins this year.
Pitching-wise, both MIN's Santana and NYY's Severino are good but looking beyond W-L, Severino's much higher strikeout per inning gives a slight edge.
And Aaron Judge is poised to capitalize on his year with hopefully a strong post-season showing. Yankees take this and look forward to the next series.
