EPL: How Chelsea helped Man City win Premier League title – Guardiola

Manchester City supervisor, Pep Guardiola has uncovered how Chelsea helped his side claim the Premier League title.

Guardiola said he knew route back in September his side would win the Premier League title when they beat Chelsea 1-0 at Stamford Bridge.

He said the win demonstrated to his players that they would have been ready to lift the Premier League trophy.

He talked with journalists after Manchester United lost 1-0 to West Brom on Sunday, an outcome that affirmed City as champions.

Guardiola stated, "I think winning at Stamford Bridge gave us the certainty.

"Since last season against contenders we were not all that great. We won couple of recreations.

"Winning at Stamford Bridge gave us a sentiment, 'alright, against the last champions, we can come here and play.

"Yet, when all is said in done we were thus, so steady [this season]. We surrender objectives, however the most essential subtle elements isn't the objectives you yield yet the odds you surrender and each amusement was few, notwithstanding playing so obnoxiously."
