Muscle growth is not determined only by how heavy you train. Volume, Intensity and Frequency are equally important, and together create the stimulus that leads to growth. Focusing on only one of them means missing the forest for the trees.

Can you please prove you are the real content creator in these videos? A simple link from your youtube or instagram would suffice

you need to put a link to your dtube or steemit on those sites so from youtube to dtube or instagram to dtube not the other way around. the links you posted proves nothing.

I do not understand...

on your instagram or youtube site put a link to your dtube or steemit, or even just make a video that says what your dtube account username and post that to isntagram adn youtube. you need to prove that you control those accounts. even just a screen shot of this conversation posted to youtube or instagram would do the trick. just post something anything on youtube and isntagram that says that you are alex-fitness on dtube/steemit
