Today was a physically difficult day. I had a terrible ache when I wanted to sit down or stand up, tie shoelaces etc. because of yesterday's workout with my friend. My muscles hurt every time I used them. Once I even asked my mum to tie my shoelaces, so that moment was a flashback to my childhood :)

As a result, I wasn't active today.

Different experiences. I think the trouble was in a long break in trainings.

Yeah I get that too, I recently started pre-season for soccer and it was painful trying to get fit again, I think it gets harder every year.
