Hello to all my friends of Steemit.
Today I want to share with you a beautiful experience I had yesterday. Yesterday a wonderful event was held in Athens at Stavros Niarchos Sport and Cultural Centre, which was called "Para Sports Unite". A lot of Paralympic athletes were invited to demonstrate each Paralympic sport in a beautiful open area which was called "Faros" inside the facilities of the cultural center. We arrived there in the morning and prepared ourselves and the environment for the demonstrations. Later on the center was filled with lots of people from all over Athens. The most beautiful thing was that there were a lot of children from different schools and we had a lot of fun playing with them and explaining the particularities of our Sports and of being a paralympic athlete. I was very happy being among so many people talking and taking photos with them. The event lasted till late in the afternoon until the last minute the center was full of people. It was a wonderful experience and I am so proud to have been part of it as a world's gold medalist and a paralympic medalist.
