Lucas Digne aims high with Everton at 'fortress' Goodison Park

in sports •  5 years ago

Lucas Digne mentioned in an interview that there is nothing to hault Everton breaking the top-six standing in the Premier League this season where the competition is tough.

Since Leicester City claimed the title in 2016, six clubs have created a mini-league at the top of the division but Everton are keen to aiming to stop that dominance under Marco Silva.

Everton lost just one of their final eight league games last season as the Blues finished eighth in the standings, narrowly missing out on the chance to qualify for the Europa League.

Alex Iwobi from Arsenal became the seventh player summer arrival at Goodison Park in a 35 million Euro deadline day move from Arsenal and Digne, who joined last year from Barcelona, is aiming high too for Everton.

I remember when I play Barcelona at PES. He was in the starting line up for Barcelona. He'll surely do good with Everton.
