I must be living under a rock these days with no sports on because I only found out today (3+ weeks after the fact) that Tom Brady is going to be paying for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this upcoming season!
I certainly respect Tom Brady’s skills and competitiveness and his desire/expectation to win are second to none – that tenacity from a leader permeates to all parts of an organization. To me, it will be interesting to see if the New England Patriots team culture can still carry on, or with Tom Brady gone, will they just be another franchise out there with mediocre seasons. Also, can Tom Brady keep his winning ways starting from scratch and given the late stage of his career? Will make the NFL season even more interesting!
Of course, this begs the question, what else have I been missing in the sports world???
