Travis Browne has now dropped 4 straight fights, with his latest loss coming to 40 year old Alexey Oleynik. He wasn't knocked out this fight, but he was finished again with a submission. Overall he is 2-6 in his last 8 UFC fights. Whether it be a deteriorating body of the 34 year old Browne or it be a psychological issue when fighting, he just doesn't have a winning mentality anymore. Of course he can still stun any opponent he faces with his power, like he did tonight against Oleynik, but overall he can't put it together to get a win. Heavyweights can drop people with any punch and so can Browne, but most heavyweights are evolving while Browne seems to be content being a stagnant fighter.
With Rousey seemingly happy in retirement, and their wedding coming up you have to wonder if it's time for Browne to step away from the sport also. He probably won't be cut after this loss, but if he is, where would he go from here? Bellator? Rizin? Browne should hang em up now before he risks any more of his legacy and any further health issues.
