In this video we can see a Kid exercising and training with a ball that is connected into a rubber and unto his head like a headband. He then tries to strike it off in a rapid manner with a controlled force and cadence so that it will not hot his face. It is quite entertaining to see this kind of training and he just seemed to be used to it already.
Kids have lots of potential in a lot of facets of human endeavor may it be in art, sports, learning, in industries, etc., they can be trained to do many tasks like an adult if they are just fit enough Actually as a Kid myself more than thirty years ago is longing to do more but due to my ill health and not much anything that is available for me to do I didn't achieved my full potential.
So anyway it is better for our Kids to get shaped in some ways or another like in sports or art so that they can express themselves and reap the rewards may it be for fun, fitness, mastering skills, or financial. Also children must also be educated about money and business because at the end of the day it all boils down to earning money generally.
