Creamy vanilla Panna cotta

Gentle low-calorie protein dessert is originally from Italy and delicious. He is not only very tasty but also healthy, rich in vitamins and minerals, especially calcium. This dessert will appeal to all: and reducing weight, gaining muscle, and take care of their beauty and health.
Ingredients:
Cream 10 % fat – 100 g
Milk 1.5 % fat – 150 g
Chicken egg – 1 PC.
Sugar – 50 g
Gelatin – 2 tsp
Vanilla – 1/2 bag
Jam – 1 tsp
Any berries – 50 g.
Cooking
1. Mix the milk with cream. Then beat with a mixer the egg, sugar and vanilla.
2. Now prepare the gelatin. For this gelatin pour half of the cream-milk mixture and give the gelatin time to swell.
3. The other half of the butter-milk mixture, put on fire. When it is hot, pour it into beaten egg with sugar and, stirring, heat over a little more, but not to boil, so the egg doesn't curdle.
4. Swollen gelatinous mass is also put on the fire and heat until the gelatin dissolves completely. Then combine the gelatin mass with a creamy-milk-egg mixture.
5. Mix everything together and pour in mold. As shapers perfect teacups or small bowls. Put the Panna cotta in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. The finished dessert is easy to remove from the molds, dropping it in the hot water - heated mold, and our dessert without problems leaves the mold. Serve Panna cotta with jam and berries.
