LAHORE: PCB has decided to make Iqbal Imam a head coach of the national women's team, whose regular announcement is expected anytime soon.
According to sources, the board has agreed to hand over the title to Iqbal Imam, the next series of the national women's team against Malaysia against England, for which the Pakistani team will depart in the last week of November. The national women's team will then participate in the Women's T20 World Cup in Australia.
Iqbal had previously served as interim head coach with the Green Shirts. PCB also conducted interviews for aspirants with regular advertisements for the head coach's position.
