In this video, you can see Jiiu Jitsu Prodigy, Lily Sherer competing is wrestling, and easily besting male opponents without even breaking a sweat. Lily while imposing her will on the Wrestling Mats learned, really learned how to grapple at Tristate MMA/BJJ under the tutelage of Harry Brofsky and Evan Bates of Tri-State MMA/BJJ.


As you can see, once Lily gets the upper hand in the match she never givers her opponent an opportunity to recover because she makes no mistakes! Lily keeps the pressure on and gets the Pin with relative ease.

    Competing like this has to be one of the most empowering things for women to do. Great to see stuff like this in kids in general, I think it makes for a model adult.
