Miami Heat, NBA team from Florida, are blazing hot. The word defeat is a complete unknown for them. At least for the last ten games.
Before January 17th they were a fix for easy wins for the opponent teams.
From then on they managed to win 10 games in a row. Amazing.
Admittedly, eight of these ten matches were played at home. But their success is not to be diminished. They defeated Houston, Dallas, Chicago and Golden State, among other teams.
What has changed?
The players have finally found the way to play as a team, in my opinion. They work together, they struggle together, they play better because of each other's determination.
The Tanking Of The Heat!?
Conspiracy theory talks about loosing on intent to get better draft picks are somewhat silly now, aren't they.
Palm Beach Post's Anthony Chiang says:
The Heat’s last loss came on Jan. 13 when they were the NBA’s second-worst team at 11-30. At that point, all of the outside talk surrounding the team was about a potential top-five pick in a loaded NBA Draft that includes top prospects like Markelle Fultz, Dennis Smith and Lonzo Ball

Oh, those theories about tanking, I love it. He (ie. Pat Riley) might do, though. As a fan, I would want to see my shitty team finishing last in the league just for the better future.
This all is history now. The future for the Miami Heat could well spell ...
The Playoffs!
Being Partial Because Of The Dragon
Goran Dragic, a fellow Slovenian, is playing great. No wonder I love the Heat :)
Jinx The Heat?
Let us hope that this article won't jinx the Heat players. It would be great for the winning streak to continue for some time.
Better and better!
They are on an amazing run. I have been following it a little and it looks like Heats are willing to take a shot at the play-offs. It is amazing how fast can things can change in NBA. 76ers had a similar run but it looks like the run is over. Nonetheless, gald to see that those throries are wrong :)

They are capable of taking down the wolves. Especially when LaVine is gone now.
I hope this streak will continue (I just love this kind of thing from underdogs) but being realistic - it is about a time to lose.
