The Story of Healthobeing

IMG_0184.PNGIMG_2372[1].JPGI am a simple person who just like to run a lot and do all types of sports and activities. It is my dream to complete a Full Ironman this life time.
Having ran 35 marathons now, my journey started in 2006 when I started short distance running. Then slowly I build up and went on to do the half and eventually a full marathon in the Singapore Standard Chartered Marathon in 2011.

After that the rest is history, I have been doing almost 5 - 6 marathons a year which some are trail runs in the nature. Besides taking the full marathons. I also volunteer with a local group called Running Hour to guide the intellectually challenged and visually handicapped people to participate in sports.

Welcome to steemit!!!

Thank you very much!!

Just don't stop moving. Running will keep you alive.

I love running! I'm starting to train for a half marathon in the fall and a full in the spring. Hoping to someday qualify for Boston. I've run 12 marathons so far and my best time is 3:22:40 at Cincinnati.

Now an ironman...wow. I think if I'm going to do that (it's on my bucket list) I'm going to have to not be working full time in order to put in the amount of training required.

Iron man also on my bucket list. Wow your Full marathon is fast !!

Fair play to you! I've run a few marathons but don't know if I could cope with one in the Singapore climate :)

Have you ever done one somewhere really cold?
