The Minnesota Twins announced that they have awarded him a one-year contract with Venezuelan right-hander Anibal Sanchez.
According to a source confirmed to MLB.com, the contract has a minimum value of US $ 2.5 million, but it is not guaranteed, which means that Sanchez will have to compete for a roster position during the preseason. The agreement includes another $ 2.5 million in incentives.
