Day 34 π Weight: 82,2 kg
Hey Friends,
Hope you are all fine! My diet struggle slowly starts to begin... π
I said it around 100 Times! Just dont be to fixed and focused at your Weight!
By know my Shape is slowly evolving from Day to Day but the Weight hasnt dropped since my Refeed according to Plan.
I know it will and I shouldnt worry to much if I still progress from Day to Day in Form, BUT π
Somehow Im still caring and wishing the Weight would just drop and sometimes I find myself cuting out meals here and there just to have that extra deficite of Calories, even though I just should stick with my 1200 Calorie Deficite!
But Ill make it. Guess I just have to force myself a little to eat some more... I know I know sounds strange in a Diet!
