Today I am trying new arrows with a different nocking system than usually. This time my red-pink arrow uses the latest nock from Koç Nock made by Emrah Koç from Turkey. These patented red nock is then assembled by Vryarchery Store along with pine shafts with the fine quality wood choices as i want. Usually I also try to make my own arrows, but this time I ordered it from the store for the price of 1 arrow 80,000 Indonesian Rupiah or around USD 5.

Okay, so it was late afternoon, try to shoot with the Koç Nock. After several shots my first impression: I Think I Like It! This unique shape where I don't need to worry about whether my arrow is on the string or not when I nock it on the bow, because the special shape quickly captures the bow string right on the nock. So, in an instant, the arrow can be installed easily without my eyes having to look at my hand, so i can focus on my target board and the most important is: this can save time! Yes, both when do the horseback archery or ground archery often the rules in the competition are that you have to shoot serial shoots with very limited time. So, using fast nocking is very helpful for archers.

At first i was a little annoyed with the edges of the nock which was rather pointed and thin but after getting used to it i actually liked it, because it was the edges that led to the sides that could be used to pull out and hold more tightly without dropping it. So i plan to order some more arrows using Koç Nock as i need to practice the fast shooting. And Koç Nock very helpful. Thanks so much for this invention!

I captured one of my Koç Nock arrow on the grass field, the colourful feathers help me out in finding it if it missing fly outside the target and landing between the grass and dry leaf.

Try it in about 20 metres shooting target with 8 arrows within 5 session, ground archery.

The tip of the nock help my finger feel the censor without seeing the arrow which automaticaly adjust itself on the string or we call it blind shooting.

@pixresteemer hello pix! thanks so much for resteem my post ;D

You look badass in the blue taking a shot. How long would that arrow last for??

Posted using Partiko iOS

@blanchy thanks! The arrow could last for months or years, depend on if there's no accident like hit the stone, or crash with other arrows on the target boards or sometimes it just dissapear unseen between the grass if play outdoor. So its not always last longer. Differently if practice in indoor area.
