Should Neymar deserve a second chance at the club that helped him to become the star he is today?

Today 17/10/2018 i've seen a lot of reports talking about a possibility that Neymar could be back at the Barcelona squad.
Although it's very complicated to see that in the future, i think its not as crazy as it seems. Reports say the player misses his old teammates, the press he had at Spain, the city, and La Liga.
It's no secret that Barcelona misses the brazilian astro, yeah, its true they had a very good run last season (mostly cause of their defense), but the lack of goals and goal chances have been very notorious this season. Messi has been on fire recently, but all the responsibility falls on him (similar to Argentina's problem). Suarez has been in a very poorly level this season,so someone else than Messi should be in charge of the offensive actions.

THINGS THAT COULD PREVENT NEYMAR'S RETURN:
The way he left the club
Dembelé and Coutinho are playing as wingers today
Salary, Neymar is the second best paid player in the world and Barcelona isn't able to stand that pay out
PSG and Barcelona's relationship, not only sportingly but at other levels
Neymar's contract with Qatar 2022 world cup (PSG director is one of the men in charge of the organization of the competion)
