Open Air Training - Outdoor Back & Triceps Training With ABS

Hello everybody!

We all know that to build muscle it's best to go to the gym. But if there is a nice and sunny day, you have a park nearby, It's better to sometimes make training at the fresh air.

Funds that you find in playgrounds, in parks, along trails for running and the beaches are perfect for training.
Try to exercise with your body-weight like some variations of pull-ups, dips and overturned rowing. Bring You suspension straps or elastic resistance to the overall strength training.

Stairs are another external effective tool. Find any staircase in the city, the staircase leading to the beach, at the entrances of buildings, parks, in the school halland run up and down.

Today I bring to you my little outdoor traning for back and triceps muscles.

These are all exercises with body weight which can do almost every exercisers.

Back

First exercise is like usual Pull-ups.
Simply grab your bar, or the like, and doing pull-ups

Then I did something similar as pull-ups, but with hands in the narrow grip, and with palms facing the body.
I've been alternating narrow and wide grip

Next and last exercise was the withdrawal of the body upwards.
Find a bar which is close to the floor, lie underneath it and hold it with hands. With back to try to raise upwards.

Triceps

First exercise for triceps was Dips on one bar. Just climb on the bar of pull-ups and do something like this:

Second triceps exercise was close grip Pushups.

Last exercise for triceps was Dips. If you have two bars somewhere where you could doing dips - make the most of it!

ABS

These two exercises are personally my best exercises for abdominal muscles.
You can do them anywhere, all you need is a bench and one bar.

You do not need to do only exercises with body weight.
Go to a local school or a nearby park to perform high-intensity training to a run track, the grass or basketball playground. This anaerobic training will melt many calories.
Incorporate into sprints side skipping, running sideways, "frog jumps", high skip, ladder drills and forward bounds. Set the body the new requirements and get benefits.
