Ha llegado la hora del reto, hoy es viernes y el domingo a las 14:45 tomaré salida en la Spartan Race Sprint.

Hoy ha tocado un entrenamiento de flexiones, unas 150 repartidas en series, no quiero sobrecargarme mucho, por eso, mañana tocará descanso, aunque tengo que hacer algunas cosas en casa.
