Place a bottle on top of a bag, send it into the air with a kick, spin kick the bottle before it lands! Easy!?
I had fun with this one! It's been about 10 years I've been out of training so I really enjoying playing around with this. You can see how happy I am when I land that kick!
You have to admit that slow motion makes everything look cooler! Hope you enjoy watching and it gives you some motivation to do some of your own training!
