Liverpool Squad Statistics From The Start Of 2018/19 Season

in sports •  6 years ago

Liverpool is already on the top of the standings at the Premier League in England and for me, as one of the die fans of Liverpool, would like to share some statistics on their 2018/19 season this year.

Liverpool's players right now are starting to go for the goal thing meaning, they are preparing to face some of the most biggest and hard to beat football teams in Europe. Liverpool had their awesome start of the season and they could still have a cleansheet if Alison Becker didn't made a mistake from Leicester City's goal at their previous match. But, every goalkeepers are having mistakes when they play and there's no goalkeeper who has it's cleansheet on their whole life.

So, let's go on to the latest statistics that I researched and this is only a few things because the league had just started.

Liverpool F.C. Form of the last 4 games

Liverpool F.C. are now having a happy time because their form of the season so far as of now is having a 4 straight victory. So, they still don't have any draws and loses. How I wish that they could do the same thing like they are doing right now about their teamwork and plays against their future opponents to receive the dream that they want to have and most specially the fans most memorable moment if that day comes.

But, the thing is that, we still have 34 matches to win on and it's not like it looks to be easier because they still haven't face some of the biggest football teams in the Premier and they will face the first one on the 15th of September.

Sadio Mane (4 Goals)

Mane scored his 2 goals from the starting week of the Premier League and he scored against West Ham United. He also scored his second goal from their match against Crystal Palace. His 4th goal would be at Liverpool's previous match against Leceister City. He is the top scorer so far and as of now for Liverpool F.C.

Mane's front partner, Mohamed Salah also scored 2 goals that helped Liverpool to be on the top of the standings today.
He scored his first goal together with Mane on their first match against West Ham United. His second goal came from their match against Brighton, the team that beat Manchster United in a 3-0 scoring advantage. Salah now is the second top goal scorers in the Livepool F.C.'s side.

Firmino, Sturridge and Milner each had one goal to help Liverpool to win their matches starting from the start of the season.

Daniel Sturridge scored his first goal against their first match of the season, West Ham United. He only substituted and them BOOM! He kicked that goal and made it easily.
James Milner scored his first goal against Crystal Palace and won their second match of the season. It was really cool when I saw Milner having a goal.
Roberto Firmino kicked his first goal against the former 2016 Premier Champions, Leicester City to help his team win their 4th match to be on the top of the Premier League.

So, this is only the start for my favorite team, Liverpool F.C. and hopefully they could win this year. I'm sure that they can do it but, I'm not considering that they could make it on the top till the end of the season instead, I'm praying for their first ever Premier League trophy and I could actually feel it now! I hope this feeling would not go away!
