It was just recently when Asian Games started and in the opening ceremony Jordan Clarkson proud carrying the Philippine Flag. It was really an honor to be selected to be the flag bearer out of many participating athletes. Jordan Clarkson, who contributed much in the Men's basketball really deserve to carry the flag and that the Philippine Sports Commission has primarily selected him.
Aside from carrying the flag, all the Filipino athletes and organizers are all dressed to Philippine national formal wear. It was really happy moments for every Filipino that time and after that great presentation, good photo moments from all the athletes that would serve a good remembrance that they the opportunity to join such a big event.
And so, since Asian Games will have closing ceremony, Philippine Sports Commission have selected the Filipino gold medalist in Skateboarding Margie Didal. Didal who has really impressed the judges on her skateboarding tricks acquire a good score which leads her gold to get the gold medal she deserves.
Philippines Final Medals
There had been a good improvement for the Philippines last Asian Games where only 1 gold medal and then 3 silver and 11 bronze as achievements. But now it is quite different since the Philippines got 4 gold, 2 silver, and 15 bronze. This is really a great improvement in terms of sports in the Philippines and hoping that it will continue to improve on the next Asian Games.
China still holds the top rank in the medal tally

It was never been surprised by many in Asian Games that China has grabbed again the top medals in Asian Games. They do have more competitive and stronger athletes. Most of them have shown great performance towards their specific participating sports. China has been the biggest population in Asia and there had been a good selection of athletes that will be representing their country and at the same time, their government has invested good facilities in sports which most countries are lacking.
With the privilege that athletes are getting, there would be a good result towards the sports they are representing and the numbers don't lie in the medal tally.
