Tokyo Lounge 2017 - Amazing it is!

The EV Sports is a concept of small electric coupe with a neo-retro look. Honda does not give a date of marketing but we hope that this friendly green vehicle will pass the course of the series.

At the Frankfurt Motor Show in September, Honda unveiled the Urban EV Concept , a style study that prefigures an electric city car, whose style with retro influences had caught our eye. Of course, the same design applied to a cut silhouette is love at first sight!

With this concept Sports EV, the Japanese confirms its intention to create a family of small cars connected, although contrary to what was the case for the Urban, no serial production is confirmed this time. It is hoped that the builder will go to the end of the process, which will allow him to make the new technical base profitable.

Like the city car, this coupe therefore puts on clean forms. The front panel comes down to a black element that encompasses the round optics and the bright logo. In the back, we find a similar principle, with square lights with rounded corners. The figure is elegantly muscular, with curved front wings and marked shoulders. The coiled windshield and the roof connected to the bezel create a nice bodywork effect. The flanks incorporate load indicators.

Honda gives very little information about this prototype. We do not know the template. It should turn around four meters in length. As a reminder, the Urban stretched on 3.90 meters. Nothing is known about the technical aspect: power and autonomy are therefore totally unknown.

So let's cross fingers so that Honda validates the project to offer us this ecologic coupe full of sympathy, and show us that the electric can go with an enjoyable driving pleasure.
