Hey Steemies!
Since I'm doing a lot of Parkour & Fitness stuff and I started to progress further and further with my weights my forearms always started to fatigue early in my e.g. back workouts!
A friend of mine [ @behfar ] inspired me to try to boulder in order to increase my grip strength and my generell core and back stability - that's what I've done now!
So the biggest spot to boulder in Hamburg is "FLASHH - boulder spot" - relatively new company that settled here!
Here are some images of the location:
Amazing!
Since you are just able to buy a day-ticket the price list is really clearly arranged - you pay less if you train before 16:00 (4 pm), you get a discount on a full membership or multi cards as a student and you get a generell rebate as a child!
I can tell you guys, stepping from one colour to the other is experiencing a completely new world!
I just managed to handle a few green routes until my forearms and my grip strength started to fade entirely, because I started with completing every single white route as well as almost every yellow route (and there are a hell of a lot of them)!
I managed to make some footage of me trying my best! It looks so easy, but is intense as f****! Believe me! My forearms and my back are still sore. Strength, strategy and patience are the keys to success here!
I hope you enjoy!
Tell us in the comment section!
So in conclusion it was really exhausting but at the same time extremely fun! I will definitely boulder more frequently since you get a lot of benefits of this type of training.
I'd recommend to everybody to try it at least once!
See you soon! #SteemOn
Hi Noogie! I'm a traceur as well :-)
That place looks sick! Would love to try out bouldering in a gym like that.
Since you're doing parkour... there's a lot of stuff to climb in cities, and there's a lot of ways to train parkour. Try to keep an eye out for climbing challenges when you're outside.
I always prefer being outside, except for when the weather is shit :P
Got any videos of you doing parkour? :D

Hey Maxse!
The weather in Hamburg is always shitty haha! But that's right: training outside is much more fun!
Yes! I will share more stuff on Steemit concerning Parkour & Freerunning - be prepared!
Meanwhile you can check out my instagram channel! @noovement
