For today's drill, we have an old favorite: modified front toss. Instead of taking the same old "feel good" front toss every afternoon, give this one a try. The stationary tee acts as a physical cue for us to stay inside the middle-in pitch. The degree of unpredictability also makes this drill more game-like

The only way to consistently drive both pitches will be to control that weight over the back leg and hip and to rotate around it, instead of pushing the body forward and over-committing to one pitch. Mixing it up and challenging ourselves is how we #makepracticegreatagain
