Are the Giants going to regret trading Odell Beckham Jr?

Odell Beckham Jr, 26, is an American football Wide Receiver for the Cleveland Browns. Beckham started his career with the Giants tallying 390 receptions for over 5,000 receiving yards and 44 Touchdowns. Yes people talk about his tantrums, and how he is a locker room cancer; but there’s no denying that he is one heck of a football player, as he had 1,000 receiving yards each of his first 5 years with the Giants. I don’t like this trade at all by the Giants you’re going to trade away your best offensive weapon for next to nothing, this trade shocked the football world as the Giants said they were going to keep him, but their owner said “they gave us an offer we couldn’t refuse.” So they went ahead and pulled the trigger. I like this trade as a Redskins fan, but as a football fan this move is bad for a franchise that had a 3-13 record in the 2017 season and 5-11 in 2018, but as they say the NFL is a business and they had to do what was right for their franchise. The Cleveland Browns won this trade as they now have themselves a scary offense that features second year stars such as, Nick Chubb, Baker Mayfield, David Njoku, two former LSU teammates Odell Beckham Jr, and Jarvis Landry. NFL fans don’t you think it’s crazy how the Browns were the laughing stock of the league going 0-16 in 2016, 1-15 in 2017 and are now legitimate Super Bowl contenders in 2019? Look for the Giants to get another receiver in the draft, even after they signed Golden Tate who’s a good receiver, but he’s no Odell Beckham who could change the course of a game with one of his 90 yard one-handed grabs for a touchdown. Eli Manning has lost his favorite target and now needs some help as he is 38 going to be 39 next season and nearing the end of his career, he’s going to need a lot of help on that offensive line and at receiver. Their best bet now is to build through the draft this upcoming April and see how well they perform on the field.
