Gareth Bale netted a hatrick on Thursday for Real Madrid in their semifinal clash against Kashimer Antlers to join a prestigious league in the competition's history.
His first was a squeezed effort just before half time and then grabbing a second after capitalising on a defensive error, before completing his hatrick, all within 11 minutes.
The hatrick means he has now scored in three different editions of the Club World Cup, joining the league of former teammate and Juventus striker, Cristiano Ronaldo and Barcelona's Lionel Messi.
The Welsh man scored for Madrid in 2014 and 2017.
Ronaldo scored in the competition for Manchester United in 2008 before replicating such for Real Madrid in 2016 and 2017.
Messi on his own part was on target for the Blaugrana in 2009, then two years later in 2011 and then 2015.
Bale also becomes the third player in the history of the competition after Ronaldo and Luis Suarez to net a hatrick.
He is currently on 6 goals, one shy to equal Ronaldo's tally as the overall highest goalscorer in the competition.
Real Madrid will now face local favourites Al-Ain in the final on Saturday after Al-Ain stunned tournament favourites, River Plate on penalties.

Who do you think is going to win the cup? Will Al-Ain be able to surprise Real Madrid?

Nah.. I don't see that happening. Madrid have all to play for... Their season is been crumbling... Losing is not what they'd want, so they'd give it their all, at least, to end the year on a high.
