Robert Griffin III Is Ready To Play In The NFL Again

in sports •  7 years ago

I recently saw former Washington Redskin and Cleveland Brown quarterback, Robert Griffin III, on tv. He looked good and happy after what has been a tough NFL career that has landed him off of a roster this season. RG3 was a highly touted QB out of Baylor where he had an incredible college career. The Redskins drafted him in the first round and he had a phenomenal rookie season.

But RG3 suffered some horrific leg injuries as was never able to fully bounce back and find his place in the NFL. He is now 27 years old and is the healthiest he has been in years. He works out every single day and is ready for his comeback story to start to unfold. RG3 has always had a great work ethic, and now he wants to prove that he can not only play QB in the NFL, but play it at the highest of levels. With only two weeks left in the season, he knows that his hopes will be on hold until training camps open up this summer.
I have always been a fan of Robert Griffin III and I sure hope that he gets his chance to again prove himself. It would be a great redemption story and in the years filled with controversy, seeing a great man like RG3 lining up under center on Sundays would be a welcome sign.
Do you think he will make it back as a starter for an NFL team next year? Cheers!

Robert Griffin III Is Ready

I honestly think so

Maybe the Giants take a flyer on his since they are about to dump Eli.

Great point. That would be cool.
