All you need for training is a little time and a rug.
You can perform all the exercises in a row for a good workout of the muscles of the press or select several suitable ones and include them in your training.
1 . Get to the feet
Lie on your back, raise your legs and arms at a right angle.
Tear your shoulders and pelvis off the floor, touch your toes with your fingers.
Slowly sink to the floor.
Repeat 20 times.
- Scissors
Begin slowly to cross your legs. Do 10-15 reps for each.
You can complicate the exercise by dropping your legs on the extender loops.
