43 here, and thinking I want to get back into lifting. I am kind of embarrassed at how much weight I've put on over the last 15 years or so. hehe. I hope you reach your goal!

    You should just do it. My journey has been crazy at one point I was almost 300 pounds😥. I just started slow, only Competing with myself. You can do it👍🏿

        Yeah, the heaviest I've been is around 260 at just under 6' tall. I have been busting my butt actually since I commented here and am already feeling a bit better. Gotta keep going!
